2006 was a stellar year for the PSP, with countless gems hitting the system throughout the year. 2007 looks to be no different, and while we drink eggnog today, let's look towards the future with our currently most-anticipated titles. There are 17 tons of titles after the cut, and surely I'm missing quite a number of releases. Who said the PSP was dying?
[Update 1: Added more games.]

Capcom Puzzle World, from Capcom

Rainbow Six: Vegas, from Ubisoft

The Warriors, from Rockstar

Gurumin, from Mastiff

Test Drive Unlimited, from Atari

Dungeons & Dragons: Tactics, from Atari

HOT PXL, from Atari

Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters, from Sony

Valhalla Knights, from XSEED Games

Burnout: Dominator, from EA

After Burner: Black Falcon, from Sega

Full Auto 2: Battlelines, from Sega

Gran Turismo Mobile, from Sony (maybe?)

Dead Head Fred, from D3

Xyanide Resurrection, from Playlogic

Chili Con Carnage, from Eidos

Elder Scrolls Travels: Oblivion, from Bethesda Softworks

Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 2, from Ubisoft

Coded Arms: Contagion, from Konami

Silent Hill Origins, from Konami

Earthworm Jim, from Atari

Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core, from Square Enix

Jeanne d'Arc, from Sony
Also expected:
Traxion, from LucasArts
Devil May Cry, from Capcom
Metal Gear Solid: Digital Graphic Novel 2, from Konami
Final Fantasy Tactics, from Square-Enix
Expect continued coverage of these games, and more, all next year on PSP Fanboy!

Wow... my god I didn't realize so much tasty stuff was coming out. How long can PSP-haters diss on the PSP library? There are so many AAA games that its hard to deny, and 2007 looks like it's gonna be a freaking AWESOME year.
Bring it on!

Has Jeanne d'Arc been confirmed for US release? I haven't heard anything since it was released in Japan, but that'd be great.

And don't forget Monster Hunter Portable 2 (not confirmed for a US release, but likely, since it sold over 100,000 copies here)

I hope I'm wrong, but I really don't think Jeanne d'Arc is coming out in the US. SCEA doesn't seem to be interested in publishing RPGs, and PSP games sales are too low for anyone else to pick it up. And they will likely get worse, thanks to that PS1 emulator exploit.
You're also missing "Puzzle Quest: Something of the Warlords" from D3, which is due out in March. Combination RPG-Strategy Game-Beweled clone. (Weird, but cool. Also on DS)

Well, I would love to see FFVII:CC and Devil May Cry *soon*. And of course some Japanese's RPGs (albeit most of them are enhanced ports) such as Legend of Heroes FC/SC, etc. Can't wait. 2007 will be a great year for PSP!

For comment #2. Me too! If namco released a Tekken for PSP, they should do the same for SoulCalibur. I'm planning to get the FFVII:CC as soon as it comes out in Japan.

Rather than whinging all the time about what other people think of your toy, why not let the games speak for themselves? Desperation is unattractive, everyone knows that.
