If you ever wanted to be a Japanese chick magnet, then you better start dressing up in all pink. Sony threw a very pink party in Roppongi, Japan to celebrate the recent launch of the pink PSP. The crowds gathered, men and women. The women were there for the new shiny pink toy. And the men? Most likely for the shiny pink booth babes.

Anyone know when these things will hit Canada? My wife wants one, hopefully before Christmas. At least that way I can get some more time with my PSP (when she's not using it). It's all about survival.

if we had these in the states a month ago i would have bought one of these for my wife instead of the pink DS. i think she would have enjoyed it more overall and we could be doing that multiplayer thing.
... black, white, silver, blue, camo, pink, super expensive japan special editions.... why is it all we get is black?
(will there ever be a pink ps3?)

The same marketing gurus that created the dustball ads and decided to go for a trying-too-hard "cool" image for the PSP (it's a game console, not a fashion accessory, dammit) are probably the same people who still wouldn't bring the Ceramic White PSP to North America and probably will sit on their asses and lose out on the Pink PSP as well.

If you're asking about Christmas 2006, it's probably safe to say that there's NO CHANCE that the pink PSP (or any colour other than black) will be available officially in Canada by then. If ever.
