Despite being sort of associated with 2002's dismal BMX XXX (a game he later refused to endorse, possibly due to the attention it received for its wonderfully wholesome content), Dave Mirra just might be in a position to put himself back into the sports gaming spotlight thanks to the just announced Dave Mirra BMX Challenge for the PSP from Crave Entertainment. The game will feature 17 levels of play, 9 environments, 9 bike types, and customizable player models. Four-player ad-hoc play will also be supported. BMX Challenge should arrive, tires screeching, in stores around October and will retail for 30 smackers. There was no mention made of whether strippers would be unlockable characters.
