Are you having trouble finding Mastiff's latest? Destructoid is reporting that the Guruminly challenged finally have a new way of finding the game. Simply e-mail the game's publisher, Mastiff Games, at: findgurumin@mastiff-games.com. Like a financially invested Sherlock Holmes, they'll track down a copy of the game for you to buy. It comes as no surprise that Gurumin is difficult to find: with such a cute style, the game can only target a specific niche. If you're interested in picking up the game, don't forget to read our review first. If you're still willing to pick up this "by-the-numbers" RPG, check amazon.com: they seem to have plenty of units in stock.

Heck, they had a bunch at my local Best Buy yesterday when I was in grabbing Virtua Tennis 3 ... if I could just stop playing Puzzle Quest long enough to check it out ...

I played Gurumin, and I found it cute, but annoyingly simple. The entire combat system consists of the Square button. Either mashing it, or holding it. The most complex the battle system got was the Jump-Attack-Jump-Attack maneuver, which wasn't that complex. It got quite boring quite quickly, so I just returned the BlockBuster rental and didn't bother to buy the game. I'm guessing the plot was quite linear too, because it didn't really have any twists since I got the drill.
Anyway, what I'm trying to say here is that I was eagerly awaiting the game on PSP, grabbed a copy on loan, and was so disappointed. I'm guessing that many other Gurumin anticipating players will end up similar to me.

"The entire combat system consists of the Square button."
I see you haven't gotten the drill upgrade parts from the fat guy who walks around town.
The combat system uses more than just the square button once you upgrade
