Gametrailers.com recently posted two new videos of the upcoming Gurumin, the super-happy-time Japanese action RPG from Falcom. As much as I want to get excited for this game, the sloppy visuals and potentially uninspired gameplay cast a huge shadow of doubt over the game. Check it out, and form your own opinion, after the break.

It looks fine Yoon. Solid RPG/platformer I'd say.

Yeah Yoon, who peed in your cheerios today, man? :p
Seriously, it looks like a total blast. Yeah, a little jerky animation and the cam seems to be manual, but it looks quite fun at this point. PSP needs more games like this.

Yeah looking at the videos it doesn't look as bad as your comment made it out to be. I'm not really and rpg fan but looks like a solid psp performer from those videos.

I don't see anything wrong here. I should note that these video appear to be of the Japanese version, since they use the Japanese voice actor (unless this is an option in the English version).

The game looks like it might handle similar to a 3D Sonic game (the camera also). It doesn't look too bad.
I got the Sonic comparison from the homing attack in the first video.

This game may replace Daxter to be the best PSP action/action RPG.
