I've played it for the DS ; ) It was fairly fun (I'm sure this is much better). The gameplay, if I remember correctly, was heavily focused on ridiculous drifting and boosting - I guess sorta like Ridge Racer? Except even less "realistic" (I've only played the RR demo...). It's fun, it's arcade-y, but I don't know if I'd buy it over need for speed or burnout...

I enjoy the series, but with Burnout on the PSP, you really don't need it. On the N-Gage, DS, or mobile phone, it's the racer to beat.

Yeah, this game was one of the best for the ngage... ahem....

it was good playing with 3 others, and good gameplay too...

but that was NGAGE standards, where our expectations were..... lower....

I can't believe they're bothering to even publish this one!


So many better racers / racing games for psp, good luck to them!

I've played it on both N-Gage and DS. Just to me, the N-Gage is the superior, with some graphical touches and easier to keep control of the car. I'm not sure what to make of the PSP version. I can't tell if it looks good or not. It definitely looks better than the DS and N-Gage version, as it should be, but on the PSP its a bit of an iffy to me. I'm gonna have to see it in action. I just hope that they take advantage of the space and add in new cars and music tracks. Asphalt 2 has better music than the first one but it could still be better. Does anyone know if the PSP version will allow custom playlists?
