Acquire announces new RPG project

Under development at Zerodiv, Acquire is working on a new title after their runaway success with Yuusha no Kuse ni Namaikida. The new title, dubbed a 3D Dungeon RPG, has a name that roughly translates to Sword to Magic to Campus Mono -- or Ken To Mahou To Gakuen Mono. There isn't much information on the game's teaser website except for a single image. More details are promised in the next Famitsu magazine, so until that hits, we're as in the dark as everyone else.

'no' actually translates as 'of' usually. eg, "Zelda no Densetsu" lit. translates as "Legend of Zelda". Ni is to i think, not sure though. So it might be "School of Magic and Swords", or "School of Swords and Magic". As for me using Zelda as a reference, it's the only thing that came to mind >

If it's gonna be a traditional RPG (Not an SRPG), I'm all for it :D

The only series that would sell me yet another SRPG would be Front Mission (Boy would that be sweet)

Unfortunately it looks like another anime-inspired affair though... I would really like to see more 'western-ised' RPGs.

I wish for more WRPG too (and RPGs in general). I wish Bioware put Jade Empire on the PSP, it's one of my more recent favorites of WRPGs.

I'm all for any RPG on PSP ^^

and the name is sword, magic, and school matters.
So expect swords and magic RPG which involves high-school relationship management thinggy thing. (or hitting on loli girls, for that matters.)
