Every week we help you use your PSP's innate ability to play games from any region. Unfortunately, this week we have come up empty in the land of import games. Rather than leaving you with that disappointing news, I'll recommend another form of import entertainment. If you have a way of playing DVDs from other regions, you should import the HK release of the Death Note movies. They are the premiere example of how to do a manga to film adaptation. A twisting and addictive plot and great acting is punctuated with big-budget production. You won't regret seeing them, if you get the chance.
Let's just hope there will be more happening on the import scene next week.

Are you serious? The Death Note live action movie is one of the worst anime-to-film adaptations I've ever seen! It's got horrible acting (at least the guy that plays Light) and they changed the story for the worse.
Instead, go and get some Death Note episodes, or the manga. Waaaay better than this.

Go to hell man, no one disses Death Note like that. I hope you die a horrible death.
Death Note Volume 1 and 2 were both #1 on the charts in theatres, beating the likes of other blockbuster movies like Devil Wears Prada. It was the ONLY manga-straight-to-film adaption that was so successful. Light's character was not "horrible" at all, I found him pretty decent. L's character was incredible, and all others I had no problem with.

Erick Gzz is right. I love Death Note a lot, but the live action films are completely horrible; they've ruined the story. The manga and anime, however, do not disappoint.

The manga is great, and anime is an excellent adaptation, but the movies are really, really awful. L is about the only character they didn't screw up too much.
