In a fit of indignant rage, malloc over at Maxconsole put together a product comparison of the three PSP to TV adapters currently available to consumers: the PSP2TV, the PSPonTV, and the Blaze PSPonTV. (If you're not already aware of the differences, the PSP2TV requires that you dismantle your PSP for installation, while the other two do not.) According to the hands-on reviews, the PSPonTV from Asian Toy Source is the one to get. While the reviewer praises the PSP2TV for its PS2 controller adapter, that's about all he has to say that's good about it. In fact, he accuses them of false advertising regarding installation, saying it takes longer than what they originally suggested it would take to hook up to your PSP. The same bombs are lobbed at the Blaze PSPonTV as well, only they're being pointed out as copycats marketing an inferior product.
So I guess it looks like the phallic PSPonTV comes out on top. Can't say it looks like a winner, mostly since its rather unwieldly proportions cut down on the PSP's overall portability (can you imagine lugging around a backpack just to carry that thing around?), but if it gets me some big-screen goodness for my UMD movies, what the hey.

The biggest problem with this review is that they didn't actually do side-by-side comparisons of the actual video output.
They go more out of their way to complain about not getting free review product and terminology used on websites.
Where's the review?!
