I've complained from time to time about the selection of downloadable PSone games for PSP in the US, but right now the UK has it much worse. At launch of the PS3, there are zero PSone games on the PlayStation Store for download to PSP. Sony hasn't made any statement as to when they'll show up, but the US had to wait a little while for this feature. Still, since the UK launch was much later than in Japan and the US, one would think Sony would have titles lined up for day one. In any case, let's hope for the sake of UK PS3 owners that the wait isn't too long.

I got news for you US users are waiting as well because there is no way in hell I am going to get a PS3 at this point and it is sooooo stupid to make me own one in order to get the content for the PSP.

I would really like to peek into Sony's headquarters to learn how they're working. If they're working at all, that is. WHY, please WHY are there *always* such hassles about nearly everything Sony does?

Lets face it, when it comes to ANYTHING in the gaming world Europe is ALWAYS left till last, which is crazy considering that Europe is one of the biggest markets for game companies. We like machines from both sides of the world (we will gladly play the playstation and have it sitting right next to our xbox 360's) so WHY oh WHY do we always get forced to wait SOOOO long for games that have been out for almost a year in other countries. The lack of support for the ps3 launch in the UK is diabolical considering how long they have had to work on it since its Japan and US launch. Not only that but we are also forced to pay the most for the machine so surely we deserve something extra for our patients and extra £££.
I know this is going into a little rant but it really gets me annoyed when i see that the rest of the world can marval at such an amazing machine and we are just stuck with a big black box that can play a few games.
FOR GOD SAKE SONY YOU COULDN'T EVEN GET METAL GEAR 2 ON OUR SYSTEM!!!

I have found the Euro launch to be very good for me. There was a nice selection of games, I thought. I would like to be able to download PS1 games pretty soon, but right now im too busy playing Motorstorm and GT HD 2.0 to even think about wanting to play old PS1 games. I think they have a good amount up there for us new to the system.
Why flood the market with loads of games? its business pratice to release steadily to maximise sales. I'm quite looking forward to flOw next week on PSN. I'd like to see Vib Ribbon come here, and be playable on the PS3 sometime (Hopefully next update?) As my original doesn't work on the Euro machine (Or will it soon?).
If Sony don't release any PS1 games on PSN for like MONTHS then I would be complaining, but as it is I think the launch games Disc and PSN are enough.
I do agree that the PS1 games they are releasing states side are a little odd, choice wise, that needs addressing for sure.
