Crisis Core is undeniably one of PSP's most hotly anticipated games. This exclusive title takes place before the events of the original PS1 classic, and it will have players unearthing more secrets from the beloved universe. Although players will take primary control of Zack, fans will love seeing many familiar faces, from Cloud, to Sephiroth, and even Aeris.
This new trailer reveals more of the game's incredible graphics, gameplay, and dialog-heavy storyline that should keep yaoi fanfic writers busy for years to come.

The animation in the game reminds me of Kingdom Hearts. Its kind of expected though since its kind of from the same team.
I wounder if Square Enix USA will put a Japanese-Voice over option in the final game. Which would be awesome.

About half-way through I was about done with the dripping teen angst and non-game I saw going on ... then the combat happened. Now I should note that Final Fantasy VI for the GBA (now playing) is the 'newest' Final Fantasy I've played, but I've heard some very good and very bad things about FF VII so I'm a bit leery ... but interested.

The game not only looks great and may have a story as good as the original FFVII, but the game actually looks like A LOT of fun. The battle system looks really innovative and fun that I really can't wait to play the gameplay parts. This looks like it may be the best part of the FFVII Compilation Set (besides Advent Children).

God, the negative garbage I'm reading at other sites about this trailer just makes me nauseous. What's funny is that none of those monkeys even own a PSP and will never play this game.
I'm psyched. It's an original game for my favorite system. It's another piece of the FF7 legacy. FF7 is considered one of the greatest rpgs or all time on any coast. There's no need for negativity.

Funny reminder at Evilavatar, where the news poster said "no interest until it stops being a PSP exclusive and comes to PS2, which it eventually will" ... (paraphrase)

What the hell??? Who tipped off Square, and even more importantly, why are they stopping this site from promoting their game. I DON'T UNDERSTAND!!!

Its not that they dont want it promoted, just that youtube is in litigation by many companies for the way they pirate out media for everyone to see.
Now of course on this particular site, the video plays very well on a "playstation fanboi" site however might not be very great advertisement on a whiney nintendo forum.
I personly would love this game. FF has been a great series imo. And psp kind of lacks some heavy hitting games that are exclusive and not just some port/plug/remix of some already acclaimed game for another xsystemm.

I was pretty bummbed about them not remaking VII... But now... I'm much happier with this new project, I bet this will go into the PSP gretest hits... if there is, or ever is such a thing....... yay.... I looked on a webbie for gamming, and FFVII was ranked somthing like #6 in the top ten PS games evermade.
