Ubisoft is bringing yet another Tom Clancy game to the handhelds. This time,
EndWar is getting the PSP treatment. The upcoming game takes place during World War III. Players take control of the U.S. Joint Strike Force, European Enforcers Corps or Russian Spetsnaz Guards Brigade in three separate (but intertwined) campaigns. Each campaign includes over 30 battle scenarios taking place on real-world battlefields including Paris and London.
EndWar also features two-player versus multiplayer mode, including additional missions specifically designed for multiplayer battles. There's also a mission editor, which allows players to share and create custom battlefields and scenarios. Expect
EndWar on November 4th.

Finally some info on the PSP version! I wish it was more like the console version but I guess this way Ubi is less likely to just give us a handicapped port. I'm actually pretty excited about this and am looking forward to some strategy gaming on the go

looks a bit too...simplified...but the mission editor sounds like it will be some great fun so i'll wait for the reviews and if they're 7.8/10+ then i'll try it out. new games ftw!

At least it's not shovelware and they are taking a different approach to it.

man, when i first saw screens of this i was like they musta mixed it up with the DS version or something... so it looks like a turn based, non-microphone relying, field commander esqe game. i'm gonna check reviews b4 i pick it up... it had better have more replayability than field commander, which was still a solid game but the AI could be better at times

Indeed, Looks like Advance Wars, and I love those games, but is bad also that is not like the console game, but I guess having this game is a bonus, because looks a lot like AW for the GBA/DS, great games...

Hope it has the battle cutscenes Advance Wars has, or similar. If it does, I wouldn't mind at all the graphical downgrade :)

wow. quite a graphical downgrade. they seem to have lost enthusiasm for making 3D shooters for psp.
