Cloud is waaaaaaaaaay to over-rated and popular. I don't understand, what is so great about that guy? not that I don't like him, I just don't see why he's so 'cool'

Cloud is cool and if you guys don't understand why too bad for you, you guys are probably Zack fans that didn't even play FF7. he is popular for a reason.

I too agree with it being Zack over Cloud. Cloud is cool and all but even in FFVII Cloud is going to kill Sephiroth because of thw whole Zack issue. Plus you see with the way this FF Fighting game is about Zack fits the bill more then Cloud.

Why, just because of CC this game is supposed to be the main title characters not a side character, yeah Zack was the main character of CC, and Cloud in ff7 wasn't going to kill Sephiroth because of Zack he want's to kill him because Sephiroth destroyed is hometown, killed is mother, Aerith, tried to control is mind and destroy the world... twice.
Go play the game again please and pay attention to the story

I played FF7 back then, when its graphics were hip (almost 10 years ago) and I don't think Cloud is cool at all. But I do understand he's ICONIC... and that's mainly why he'll be the FF7 Dissidia hero.

cloud is an awesome character and so is zack... this is a very hard choice... but over all i would pick cloud cuz he stands out more... yea zack has his own game CC.... but cloud is the one that stood out for FF7 and in order to know who zack really was you had to find that out on your own... yea you saw him sometimes in the main story but they really didnt show him too much for people to see him stand out as much....

it has to be cloud, think about, cloud hasnt been a playable character since the original final fantasy 7, so how is he overated? zacks had the same amount of play time as cloud has, if anything zack is overated, yes i loved Crisis core but i would be quite angry and not buy the game if cloud is not in it, have zack as a unlockable or sumthin.

I'm really hoping for Terra as the FFVI hero. We do need more girls in the game, and Ultimecia + that evil witch from FF3 aren't making it. They're old. Give us some Tifa, some Yuna! As secret characters they'd be great.
