Sorry to disappoint you folks, but apparently the MotorStorm listing for the PSP we told you about yesterday on Game.co.uk was an error. The guys over at Videogamer got in touch with an SCEE spokesperson, who confirmed the listing was a mistake and requested that Game.co.uk remove the listing.
This doesn't mean a PSP version of the MotorStorm won't happen in the future, especially considering the positive responses the listing generated, but for now nothing is in the works.
Heck, Sony themselves has done this. Remember one of the big games in their E3 presentation for the PSP was Valkyria Chronicles? Which of course is a PS3 game, not PSP....
If Sony really wants the PSP to be a bit more successful, appearances of some PS3... and PS2 franchises wouldn't really hurt.
Resistance looks awesome and is a step in the right direction. But I find it odd that Motorstorm hasn't hit the PSP yet. It's a fun game on the PS3 that'd be perfect on the PSP, pick it up and play.
I wouldn't mind seeing some spinoff's of PS2 and PS3 games on the PSP... if they where decent.

Damnit, won't anything make up for lack of GT4: Mobile?

What a surprise, I have the impression that this happens often at the moment.

Just my two cents.
