Oh wow, I had no idea D3 published all of these. These are some of the best games that PSP has. I only own Dead Head Fred but I'll definitely be downloading PQ to take around with me UMD-less. I wish there were a way to be able to download the game if you already owned it on UMD.

I was just thinking the same thing. I own cube and would love a digital copy for my Memory Stick, but I don't want to buy it again!

This is great news - I hope that other game publishers take note, and this works out for D3. Will these games be available to the UK PS Store too, or is it just the US one? If available in the UK I'll be buying 3 or 4 of these games!

Downloadable is better than UMD (no loading times).

Yeah, but downloaded games also have no cool cases and books.
I just love having the cases and manuals for games. It makes them seem more interesting.
Plus you can also swap games with your friends if you like with no hassle. Data is a bastard to share, especially with all the DRM I presume the PSN store has on it's games (I've never actually used it though, because to use it, you have to have access to wifi, and I don't, so.....I'm mad at Sony for assuming everyone owns some ridiculously expensive wireless router in their homes when some people just have one computer and don't feel like sharing their internet with their neighbours..../rant).

Any idea if they've fixed the companion bug in the version available for download? I heard they got death threats about that...

That's the question, did they fix the bugs or not? I would guess not, considering how D3 constantly denied any of the bugs were "major" when you emailed them about them, complaining.

This is sort of sad news for me. This means the PSN rating we saw a couple weeks ago for Puzzle Quest probably wasn't a PS3 PSN title, but this re-release.... so sad.

Cool!
I own Dead Head Fred and I liked that game. It was cool even though it had a bit of a messed up fighting mechanic. Nonetheless D3 dropping the price to 15 makes it a very good deal!

If they fix the bug in Puzzle Quest and give me the expansion Revenge of the Plague Lord, then I would be interested.

Dead Head Fred was such an awesome game. I picked it up new for $15 as well. Either way, that game actually surprised me with how good it was. One of my all time favorites on the PSP, for sure.

Why aren't other publishers doing this? I would love to see GTA LCS as a download,or Metal gear solid portable ops,or Sonic rivals 1 and 2.
