European PSP owners will finally be able to get their hands on the Go!Messenger
application this Friday. The service will go up on the PC PlayStation Network Store and will allow PSP owners who have the Go!Cam to communicate via video or voice chat wirelessly. The service is free, as long as you're connected to a wireless network. This doubles the communication potential of the system, what with last month's release of Skype for PSP, but still doesn't make it much more practical than a mobile phone.
We're intrigued to get our hands on the software to see just how useful it is. At least Go!Messenger
will support fat PSPs, so people who don't intend on updating their systems can still talk to each other over the internets. If you're in Europe, that is.
