Another Japanese RPG website made some huge updates, this time around it's Star Ocean: Second Evolution. The website updated with tons of information regarding the battle system, in-game strategies, extensive character profiles, and some of the new elements being introduced in the remade version.
Unfortunately, this treasure trove of information is only in Japanese; however, there's enough pretty pictures for you to play guessing games at what everything means. Go check out the website for yourself.

I've been obsessed with SO2 for a long time now and I'm really upset at the apparent lack of plans for an english release. I'm getting to the point of get my claws upon some japanense learning materials just to be able to play some of these games. It's truly irritating. Please please make an english release. The SO series is Tri Aces equilvent/rival to the FF series now. I've been waiting for Crisis Core to come out, if they make an english release for both SO1 and SO2, I will buy a PSP for these three games. SO2 provided me with endless hours of fun with the battlesystem and a wonderful story with great character development. It brings life to an RPG unsurpassed in my eyes.

I'm pretty underwhelmed by this whole "Star Ocean ports" stuff.
