After previously updating its site with a page for the rumored PS2 port of the PSP's Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters, Gamestop has just posted what could be the game's boxart.Furthermore, Gamestop has a ship date of Feb. 12 for the semi-budget price of $30. While we previously classified this story as a rumor, it's probably fair to say the probability of this former exclusive PSP title being ported to the PS2.
Sure, some PSP owners might be upset that their handheld is losing one of its better exclusive titles, but we're just happy more people will have the opportunity to play this wonderful game.

I JUST bought this tonight for $20 (the PSP version I mean)....I love having a PS2 quality game in my hands so even if there were both versions out I'd pick the PSP.

Yeah same here. I'd just rather have the PSP version. And I'm assuming that the PS2 version won't have multiplayer, like the SF: Dark Mirror port.

It's still on the PlayStation platform so I don't see why the PSP owners would get offended. Now, if it went to, lets say, the Wii, that would be pretty upsetting.

The game will probably not have online , just like Syphon Filter DM didnt have any . It will be a good enough seller to get out from it the edevlopment money , but it wont sell as much as the PSP version ...

Actually, when you think about it, it would be cool to have a PS2 port of this. It would seriously be good for the newer fans so they don't have to buy another system (if they don't have a PSP) just to play this game.
For example, Kingdom Hears: Chain of Memories was on the Game Boy, so I couldn't buy it and I was not getting a Game Boy just for that.
