It's Thursday. You know what that means. The PC PLAYSTATION Store will be updated later today, and it looks to carry a nice treat. A downloadable demo of Wipeout Pulse will be available on the Store -- at least in Europe. According to Eurogamer, players can expect one track and one team from the FX400 League, playable in either Single Race or Time Trial modes.
Stay tuned for today's PSN updates to see if this exciting demo makes it way to our neck of the woods.

OK, you finally convinced me to check this out. I was never a huge Wipeout fan (the first was the second game I got for my PSP back when I imported it in 2004 and never really got into it)... But this sounds pretty impressive.
Thanks for the heads-up! This is the kind of thing I appreciate about PSPF -- that when a truly EXCELLENT title comes along, you hammer it in to our thick skulls with what we know is a discerning and critical eye.

I shouldn't recommend it, but you can make up a fake account for the UK and download it. But it will create a new certificate for the UK, so if you downloaded demos off the US site, those demos won't work. Course it's none of my business, nor do I imply I have experience with this idea, just a suggestion. But It's one amazing demo, I'll tell you that right now. Graphics are amazing. A must download.

Oh and one more thing. Just erase your cookies to switch between the stores. Once you've set your country, it sends you a cookie that makes it go straight to that country's site. So just erase your cookies to change sites.

No, not unless you can access the playstation store. You can by PS3 or PC, but not mac's as far as I'm aware. Because of the "certificate," other PSP's can't use your content, and you can't use theirs. So unless you can borrow a PC for ten minutes, you can't get it, sorry dude.
Remember if you do what is suggested above, none of your content from the US site will work.

By the way, if you get a chance check out Switzerland's site. It's got the best selection of demos I've seen. Now why is that?

I really hope it's coming to the US Store.
If it does, it looks like i might have to delete beats. off my mem stick for now.
Btw, some of you need to learn how to use the reply system. It's there for a reason.

I just downloaded Wipeout Pulse and then went back to my US account and downloaded the Syphon Filter. Perhaps the certificate is a feature that'll come later?

This just in:
Doing this makes the Wipeout Pulse demo unplayable. Switching accounts seems to lock which content is accessible.
