Wipeout Pulse website opens with skin editor
We're going to join the others that are going to play with this fun new tool -- even though we don't have the game yet! We're confident that a lot of PSP Fanboys are going to do the same.

The website is cool...promises to be the PC site for Wipeout HD too....
Online gameplay is going to make me repurchase this and give Pure to a homeless guy, or something.

what is the homeless guy going to do with Pure....he probably doesn't even have a PSP D:

Actually, out in NYC I met a homeless guy that had a PSP. And yes, he was playing Wipeout Pure. No joke.

Does anyone know if the U.K. version of "Wipeout Pulse" will work ONLINE (no lag, good connection, etc..) IF your in the U.S.A. ???
12-18-2007 @ 10:44AM
Yes, you're allowed to select the region you want to connect to when you go online (if you auto-login after that, your choice is remembered though, I don't know if you can change that...)

No, no custom soundtrack support, to my surprise. Online play is incredibly smooth, and yes it works on US machines with CFW no problem.

Loving it. It was nice of them to include a basic manual on the disc, I hate opening the case and looking through books every so often.
Custom soundtrack feature is so awesome. As are the new tracks...in fact this game is awesome.... There were none of these "well it's on a psp" excuses made. 5 thumbs up

where is root/music/Wipeout
12-13-2007 @ 9:02AM
ok scratch that.. i know how to put now.. you just need to make a Wipeout folder in the Music Folder

I can't seem to get the custom soundtrack to work--has anyone??? I put a "wipeout" folder in both the root/music folder (where none of my music is stored) and the PSP/Music folder (where all of my music is stored). All I see in Wipeout is the default songs, though....any idea how to tell it to play my music, instead???

how do you even log-in successfully? I keep getting the 'session expired' message.
