Ready at Dawn is viewed as a hero of sorts for PSP owners. With both Daxter and God of War: Chains of Olympus under their belt, the team has been praised for its ability to bring console-styled gameplay and technology to the handheld.
Well, it looks like the team is looking upward and onward, moving towards a new project. Unfortunately, it's not a PSP game ... it's a Wii one! Ready at Dawn is working with Capcom to produce Okami on Wii. It's a fantastic game that deserved more notice, and we're confident that the studio will bring something truly magical to Nintendo's platform.
Congrats on the move to the consoles, guys! Don't forget us too, okay?

I'm pretty shocked about this because I thought Ready At Dawn only works with Sony, like a second party developer or something. I wonder if High Impact Games will do something like this too.

Why isn't this posted on wiifanboy? No need for it to be here in my opinion.

I guess this is not the only game Ready at Dawn is making that is not a PSP game. From what this site says is RAD is making a PS3 game too.

LMAO, I thought Okami had already been released on the wii, guess not. It's good to see them on other projects, but I want them to eventually work on an original IP for the PSP.

At 5. how does this take away from RAD being your favorite developer. I loved Okami for the the PS2, and now that I've heard they're porting it over, I may in fact get it for my Wii pending on price just to support them.
Last I check RAD made Daxter (excellent game), are in the process of making God of War Chains of Olympus (hopefully another excellent game) and are going to port Okami (one of the best games on the PS2). So this just gives me confidence in their choices of projects to work on.

It is. As far as why it's on this board? I would imagine the first sentence answers that question:
"Ready at Dawn is viewed as a hero of sorts for PSP owners."

Trust me, you're NOT wrong. Having played(via homebrew) the Chains of Olumpus demo - R@D is now officially my favorite psp developer. That demo was F'ing bananas.
