OKAY! No wonder why I couldn't see any rolling UMD. I thought it might be browser-related, so I opened up the site in IE7 as opposed to Firefox 2. Just as I thought it would, the UMD showed up in IE7.

On the registration, they said they cant send mail outside the US.
Since I live in Canada, there might be a chance I wont get the UMD. But I sure hope they do send it.
