Gangs of London and SOCOM demo UMDs spotted

It appears that Sony's been making a lot of demo UMDs lately. The Killzone: Liberation UMD seems to be sent to random PlayStation Underground members and will also be available on newsstands in the next Official US PlayStation Magazine. But there are two more UMD demos to be clamoring for now: Gangs of London, which we assumed would no longer arrive after the game's website stopped taking orders for demos. SOCOM: Fireteam Bravo 2's demo UMD can be secured by pre-ordering the game at GameStop. That seems a little dumb (aren't demos supposed to help uninterested people in purchasing the game?) but maybe you can hassle your local GameStop employee to give you a disc for free, sans pre-order.

Awesome. I can't wait until I get mine in the mail, or from GAMESTOP.

I've heard a lot of good things about this KILLZONE DEMO. Not so much good things about this GANGS OF LONDON DEMO.

Looks like I'll have to run over to Gamestop in the morning and see if they have them.

@Robert: Yeah the Killzone demo is great (just short) and Gangs of London I haven't played yet but, I've heard that it's not the best.

I finally received my Gangs of London demo today... 2 weeks after grabbing the full iso. It's not bad. I like the GTA control scheme better. Mini games are a nice touch, though.

I picked up all three of these, plus a DDR music cd from my local ebgames about a week ago. Ask, they have them. If they say they don't, they're holding out on you and you should get your navy seal friends to come and kick their asses.

I got my hands on the Gangs of London demo (I should have the SOCOM2 demo tomorrow - Gamestop said they are due to get them) so I've posted a set of images for anyone how can't get the demo.

At EB, I didn't have to preorder any games to get the Killzone demo (although I did buy another game, not preordered).

i got the killzone demo yesterday, its loks freaking awesoe, but its not even a whole level. disappointingly short, but it does appear to have a multiplayer mode. since i dont know a single person with a psp, i cant test it out.
