14. Fran -- Final Fantasy XII

Cool, calm, and collected pretty much defines this Viera sky pirate from Final Fantasy XII. Together with her partner Balthier, she joined Princess Ashelia and crew on their journey across Ivalice. Her skillful piloting skills and natural ability to detect the mysterious "mist" made her an essential member to the Final Fantasy XII adventuring party. It's for her latter skills that she makes this list -- and it's definitely not because of the bunny ears ... well, okay, partly. While Final Fantasy XII characters can use any weapon that their license board allows them, we thought we'd keep Fran equipped with her default bow and arrows. That's not to say she can't handle close-quarters combat; her amazing movement during her mist knacks special attacks prove her skills as a melee fighter. As for her mist detecting ability, perhaps she could use those heightened senses to detect and dodge extremely powerful enemy attacks in exchange for a small drain on her brave stat or EX gauge.
