18. Yuna -- Final Fantasy X

Like we said, we weren't going to include spin-offs, main characters, and such ... though this entry may seem like it just broke all those rules. You have to remember that when Yuna first appeared, she was a supporting character in Final Fantasy X. She only received her leading role afterwards in the sequel, Final Fantasy X-2. We believe that fact takes precedence ... despite that we've chosen to go with the look and fighting style of FFX-2's gunner Yuna. We chose the gunner version of Yuna for several reasons. Dissidia is a very fast-paced game; summoner Yuna in her yukata-like dress just wouldn't be able to move as fast and keep up with the off-the-wall action. Gunner Yuna, on the other hand, has shown us before that she is capable of pulling off that sort of action. At the same time, her "Trigger Happy" skill would be pretty fun to play around with in battles.
