Hands-on with Joytron's PSP skin case
The Joytron PSP skin case, available for $20, is a surprisingly easy case to install. It comes in four easily attachable parts that simply snap on together. There are instructions included, but it's rather easy to figure things out without them. If I can install this sucker, so can you.
The case will obviously add a bit of girth to your system, but thankfully, it doesn't make too great of an impact on its depth and weight. What we're curious about is how well the case will survive serious falls. We doubt it'll stand up to the challenge, but it should do more than enough to help protect your system from minor everyday scratches. The included stand is a simple, but effective freebie that we appreciated.
We'll be giving away some freebies from Nuritech in the coming days. Until then, check out their official website for more info.

DS fanboy had a a nuritech gie away a few weeks back, I checked out their site and stumbled accross this. I haven't had the 20 extra dollars but when I do this puppy will shurely be mine.
I don't want it for fall protection but rather scratch protection. If you guys include one of these in the giveaway I'll definitely enter.

what about using the extended battery on the slim? seems there are NO peripherals that take that into account.

Great question! You can NOT use the extended life battery with this case.

I made a point of asking Nuritech about this a month ago. It took the rep awhile to complete the mission, but he answered that the extended battery hadn't sold very well in Korea and China, and for that reason, Nuritech wasn't going to mold a separate piece for it.
On the other hand, I asked Zagg (makers of Invisible Shield) the same question and was told they'd cut a special piece for the extended battery if someone sent one in. Someone has and now the piece is available from them.
For those who are completely neurotic about scratch protection, the Nuritech/Invisible Shield combination seems perfect for the job. It would also mean the battery piece was covered.

Thanks for the Zagg website, I've been looking for a decent way to protect the surfaces/screen but was coming up short.

It looks like this case does NOT protect/cover the screen? If not, kinda useless for this kind of case covering.

I recently purchased the Joytron System Skin Case. It's a great product that is definitely worth a buy.
It comes in four parts that are easy to put on as they are to take off. The product is lightweight and
is very slim so it doesn't get in the way of game play. None of the parts get in the way of psp functions as well.

First thing I thought when I opened the cardboard shipping box was the slick packaging, which, along with the handwritten note thanking me for buying a Nuri product, provided great customer service from the get-go. Inside the black box lay an instruction booklet and a four pieces of plastic: the large front cover, and three separate pieces for the rear (plus a limited-time little plastic stand). The middle piece snaps onto the Slim's new foldout UMD tray, and the front cover snaps with the left and right rear covers to completely enclose your PSP.
The case does not come with any form of screen protection (but Nuri does sell PSP screen pretectors, separately), and $20 places this case on the high end of protective casings on the market.

Ordered one!
It was a fast delivery, had a hand written note like described by poster, and the packaging is actually slick (if completely Korean)
With the case on the added amount of girth is negligable and it is a very snug fit so It'll stay on.
The screen is completely unprotected though (something I didn't like which prevents this from being my final psp protection solution).
Pleased with my purchase though and I reccomend it!
