Seems that Jeux-France has gotten hold of some
fascinating new screenshots for the upcoming PSP game
Tales of Rebirth. As with most
Tales games, it has a great visual flare and the new screens show us some of what appear to be regular magic spells with a large piece of art depicting the character casting the spell. You also get a glimpse at the "Dramatic CD" you'll never see stateside. The game looks great -- we're very pleased they stuck to a 2D sprite mechanic. Those were the better ones anyway.

I've played every Tales game I could get my hands on (minus Legendia) and I would actually recommend Tales of the Abyss over Symphonia (although both are quality games).
That being said, I'd reeeeeallly want this to come over here. Plz.

I really enjoyed Taled of Eternia on my PSP. So much in fact that i bought ToS and ToP. I really hopes this comes out in the USA. I live in the UK but you know i will import.

Looks amazing. If this never comes state side, I'll definitely import it.
Also, ToS and TotA were great Tales games, as good as any of the 2D ones. ;P

I'd say Tales of Symphonia is still my favorite and is definitely a good one to start on. Tales of the Abyss is a very close second. I've heard about Tales of Rebirth before and I am hoping for a stateside release. On the PSP, there might be more of a chance.
Still waiting my import copies of Tales of Eternia (UK version) and Tales of Innocence right now though...
