PS Fanboy Week in Review: 10/15 - 10/21

Congrats to Tommy Z. who won our very last PSP in our giveaway. Stay tuned this week for even more fanswag. We're giving away this Ratchet & Clank movie poster and some concept art. Check back to PS3 and PSP Fanboy later this week. Until then, check out some of the big videos and news this week (that Joystiq didn't cover!).

A good week in my opinion. Some nifty new hacks, a good review, and a confirmation that the GoW demos are FINALLY coming. That makes a good week in my view.

Was a pretty good week, looking forward to getting the GoW demo, and also picking up Castlevania!

Why do PS3 headlines factor into the PSP week in review?

Because it's "PS Fanboy Week Review", it's for both.

I feel like adding the PS3 stuff into PSPfanboy posts is an attempt increase post size. While I appreciate the PS love, there is a separate blog for all things PS3 related. Honestly, I'd rather see a recap of a slow week for the PSP world than inflated posts like this that have PS3 stuff.

This weekly re-cap hits PS3 Fanboy and Joystiq, in addition to PSP Fanboy. Because we've combined the writing staff of both PS sites, I thought it was appropriate to show you what we've been doing on both sites. But hey, if you don't want to read PS3 news, you don't have to! That's why we categorized the topics. And, that's why we publish on a Sunday... not too many people are going to be reading this.

I think PSPF readership is pretty big (bigger than DS or Wii Fanboy, which is saying something), even on a Sunday.

I didn't mean any OFFENSE by asking what was up with the PS3 coverage - just asn't sure why we were getting it. I'm as interested as the next former PS3 owner, I suppose (who occasionally toys with the idea of getting one again).
