For homebrew enthusiasts with TA-082 or newer motherboards, who have a patched idstorage key and cannot upgrade their 3.11 firmware to 3.50 to use the 3.50 downgrader, and don't have access to Pandora's Battery, team N00bz has a solution for your extremely specific problem.Their new 3.11 downgrader will let you go down to firmware 1.50, at which point you could then do lots of homebrew goodness. You will need a copy of Lumines to pull off the downgrade. Detailed instructions can be found here. As usual, we must warn you that there is a risk of bricking your PSP, so use at your own risk.

I never had a problem with my TA-082. I just downgraded from an early 3.XX FW (might have been 3.10) with a DAX utility and have been having fun ever since.

Custom firmware FTW!
I wouldn't have bought a PSP if it wasn't for homebrew.
Also, I have noticed the PSP community is very paranoid about bricking PSPs. Its unnecessary. Unless you are retarded, or can't follow directions, you can't screw it up.

is there or anybody got an idea when a downgrader for 3.51 will be out?
My current psp is locked to Sony's 3.51 and I don't really want to brick my psp by using methods that are untested.
I really need some info on this.
