lol, 88 signatures. Since it's two seconds work to create or sign a petition on petitiononline and it's anonymous they don't have any real meaning at all, imho.

Thanks for putting up this petition , yes I admit that it wasnt hard to make , but its not anonymous , you just have to rad a bit :)
Hopefully this article will boost the signature numbers a bit :) At the moment there are 120 signatures and growing :D

why not just downgrade and download the games? i dont see a need to port old games unless they add new scenes/content and spruce it up a bit.

The petition might have been a little more impressive had the writer used "their" instead of "there" when referring to the "famous" franchise in that first sentence. But, what the hell. I signed that Send Paris Hilton to Jail petition, and that seemed to work. :-)

I hope they do make a psp resident evil. i think with what they've done with resident evil 4 and what i saw from five they could make a kickass original title or maybe remake the outbreak series so we can play them on wifi huh? that would kick ten kinds of ass.

I would love a RE game for psp! I'd like it to be an exclusive new title but wouldn't mind it being a remake of 1, 2 or 3. As long as it has RE 4 control style and behind the back camera. I mean you didn't really need a 2nd analog stick in RE 4. It could be like this:

L= Ready knife
R=Ready gun
X=Shoot/Action
[] and O= Run
Triangle=Map
Analog nub=Move/aim
D-pad=commands (like order ashley to come in RE 4.)
Start=menu
Select=game options.
That's how I would picture it.
