With E3 coming up this week, developers are already starting to showcase their work. Such is the case with SWAT: Target Liberty, as you can see above. In a lot of ways, the trailer looks like an awful lot like Killzone: Liberation, only with a heavier emphasis on squad tactics. That's fine with us though, since Killzone: Liberation is still one of the best PSP games out there. The perspective also allows you to see what's going on up ahead, and easily plan your next move. Some of the previous SWAT titles received heavy critical praise, let's hope the same can happen for SWAT: Target Liberty when it's released.

Forgot to add my thoughs on the game. Looks like killzone which imo is not a good thing. Sure the gfx were good but only 5 chapters? and online was almost a year l8er? What kind of bull is that for all that money. I hope this game is ALOT longer and controls better if not I may have to um take advantage of downloading

I would really appreciated if you can go get your OWN SN instead of using mine.
hey Andrew or Colin, isn't there a way to delete people for impersonating other members?

Swat is THE game I am waiting for on my PSP.
If you have ever played the PC version, there isn't a whole lot of running in SWAT unless you wanted to end up really dead, really quickly.
Can't wait.

That is all part of tactical action. So long as the gameplay is there - which is looks to be - I have no problem with the pacing.
And as Steven says, even if it looks slightly derivative of Killzone, is that such a bad thing?

Definitely not. Maybe Killzone was the launchpad to get them thinking of bringing SWAT to PSP.
"Hey, this Killzone game is pretty cool. What if we could do SWAT in a similar manner? Hmmm...."
And another great game was born for the PSP.
I like Killzone, but I REALLY like squad-based tactical shooters.

This game looks really fun, even moreso than Killzone. I agree this type of game is not a run and gun type game, obviously that earlier comment thinks SWAT=Unreal Tournament :) I really enjoyed SWAT 4 for the PC, although that was a FPS I can see how the look and feel of this better suits the PSP.
