The upcoming PSP SRPG, Jeanne D'arc looks incredible. Three new videos showcase the beautiful anime cutscenes, graphics, and accessible gameplay. It looks to have all the things that make Level-5 games so good. We're still a bit iffy on the voice acting, but color us impressed by everything else. The RPG will hit the handheld towards the end of summer, in August.
Check out the two other videos, after the cut.

Hmm... What is the complaint regarding voice acting? It sounds completely fine to me, especially after suffering through the voices from Aedis Eclipse.

Looks great, like a French/Japanese Tactics Ogre (which is a GREAT game for GBA by the way) a plus is also that it's historically accurate, the message to Joan of Arc came through two enemy ogres.

With each new trailer that is released for this (especially those showcasing the actual gameplay), my anticipation continues to build. I'm a big fan of SRPGs but have yet to purchase one for the PSP due to a lack of quality options. I'm curious as to why this genre has been relatively ignored until this year, now suddenly we're inundated with a cluster of upcoming titles. Not that I'm complaining...just wondering what took so long!
