I bet you will have more options with the full version. I liked it, I am glad your ship could fire at the bad guys and not have to be pointed towards them. Graphics are crisp and sharp. Sounds are pretty neat as well. I kinda of reminded me of Iridion but also reminded me of Gyeuss and Asteroids. I will interested in seeing more levels.

Reminded me of Axelay on the SNES (Yes, I am THAT old). This first level was rather samey - hope there's more variety of gameplay and power-ups in the finished game.

The graphics were stunning, and I had no problem with the control once I got used to it. The level did feel kind of... I guess 'empty' is the best word. Not nearly enough enemy ships or powerups to instill any sense of urgency, although I presume that will change in later levels. The boss fight was a lot of fun though.
Overall this definitely got my attention and I will be looking for the full game when it is released.
