We're undoubtedly intrigued by SOCOM Tactical Strike. It's taking the series in a brave new direction, with some amazing graphics to boot. When we spotted a new gameplay video on GameVideos.com, we had to check it out. Too bad the compelling gameplay is nearly ruined by the awful computer synthesized voice. We're hoping its merely a placeholder -- otherwise, we may be laughing too hard to gun down terrorists as efficiently as we can.

I have to say that the more I learn about this one, the less I'm personally interested.
But I know 'Full Spectrum Warrior' fans who are absolutely drooling over it ... might sell a few PSP's with it :)

That game looks poorr, seems like they spend the whole demo walking upto groups of unsuspecting bad guys and shooting air for a few seconds before somebody decides to throw a nade/snipe them.
And seriously wtf is with that voice? Is it some kind of hardware limitation? like the slow transfer rate of the UMD?
Could be a big selling point of the game mind, saving steven hawking as a commando
