My insatiable need for PSP-tan representations is met again this week. But this week's PSP-tan comes in multi-colors. APNataku is the creator of this sophisticated PSP-tan. I have to say I like her on light earrings. For some reason I can picture this PSP-tan making a cameo in Ghost in the Shell. Normally I would link to an art site for you to go check out, but APNataku didn't give me one so in lieu of that, you'll have to be extra responsive in the comments section. I think she looks alright. I would have made one of her eyes neon green and the other neon orange. It's just too bad I can't draw worth crap. :(
