Saturday is dwindling away, but it can't officially be over until there are new PSP backgrounds to enjoy. Like every week, we make or showcase new backgrounds for you to put on your PSP and make it look as good as you. Assuming you look good. This week we have backgrounds for 300, Crush and Card Captor Sakura.
Check out the backgrounds after the jump ...
[Update 1: Updated tags and links.]

Since there's been lots of news about The 300 game, I decided to make this background from a movie still. Even if the game ends up like garbage, I can't see the movie being bad, so you can feel good putting this as your PSP background.

Next is some art from SEGA's inventive puzzler Crush. I hadn't seen this art before going to the official site, but I personally like it. I'm incredibly psyched to play this creative game, so I think I'll put this as my PSP background.

Last week a reader suggeted I make up a Card Captor Sakura background, so I made this up just for him. I think it works really well for a background if you're into pink.
That's it for another week! If you want to see a specific background next week or just want to let us know what you think of this week's collection, just leave a comment. See you next Saturday!

Is it possible to have some more "western" backgrounds.. I just seem to see too much anime and stuff in the backgrounds section.. (not that I have anything against Japanese people!) :D

How about psychedelic backgrounds, you know mind tripping but geared so that they work the way the trigun background work, with a item next to the icons as they are gliding by.

I think those Magic Eye(R) pictures would make a cool background as they are already trippy looking and then they have another picture within!!!!!!!
