This is certainly a bizarre homebrew project. SANiK has created a small demo of a 3D remake of the original NES Super Mario Bros., which only took 7 days to create. The programmer was tired of the lazy games being developed by the homebrew community, and took it upon himself to show off what a little effort can do: "I'm mother effiing tired of seeing 'OMG, 2D Halo' orrr [sic] '2D Mario' orr [sic] '2D Mario texture edit to make it look like 2D Sonic' ... My little Mario Demo is just a taste of what could be done if one actually tries."
I have to admit that this psychedelic demo is quite impressive. Unfortunately, to the disappointment of many (including Nintendo's lawyers), this simple demonstration will stay as such: it won't evolve into a full game any time soon.

Now thats Homebrew,this alone is tempting me to Hax my PSP in order to run homebrew.While i havent custom my PSP with PSP community Firmwares because most of the homebrew sucks like some of the mofunzone flash games some of them are fun but i guess we all now that Custom firmwares are made just for one thing... to run Emulators.
Awesome stuff.I wonder how the minus world would look.

Now that's innovative. Nintendo should take note and start putting spins like this on their classics instead of releasing the same 8-bit game with the same midi style music and the same 8-bit gameplay via the Wii's download service.

also they have the complete game of mario bros like this for pc homebrew called mario bros 2.5d or something,s so why didnt nitendo sue them yet?
