I previously let everyone know that I'd be interviewed on All Games Interactive. Many thanks to anyone who listened. To those that had better things to do on a Friday night than listen to me talk about PSP, you can make up for that missed opportunity by checking out the show's archives. You can listen to the entirety of episode 251's six hour show, or if you specifically want to check out my portion of the show. You can download part B and my interview starts nine minutes and twelve seconds in. Scot and crew ask me about the failings of the PSP, the possibility of a God of War for PSP and how I landed a fiancee who is a hardcore gamer. I tried to keep the talk as interesting as possible and the professionalism of the AGI staff certainly helped me feel comfortable and have plenty to say.
Check it out and let me know what you think.

the quote "Was't the psp sopposed to bring new content specifically designed for portable gaming" or something liek that is really the develoeprs fauly for being lazy, the psp has the potential to do all that but they just wont invest in it.

some of that interview relaly pissed me off cause that guy made it sound like unless you have a touch screen and nintendo style 2d paltform games somehow every other type of game o genre is nto portable and fun to play? Come on, is he saying every single portable system in exsitence in hsitory beside the ds isnt meant for portable gaming? cause the psp does what all those other systems did and better, just cause it doesnt have a touchs creen (and most ds games dont even use it) and doesnt have 2d mario games somehow its worse? Those ds games could just as easily be made and ported on a home console (most arent specifically designed for it or even use a touch screen effectively) and they even ported trauamc enter onto it, but msot those games wouldnt have the appeal on a console casue of graphics and theyre 2d unlike psp games. Plus msot those games are too short on the ds.

when he started badmouthing sony and praised nintendo you should have asked him if he ever read a book called Game Over: How Nintendo Zapped an American Industry, Captured Your Dollars, and Enslaved Your Children by David SHeff. It shows just how ruthless and stupid nintendo was and how almost every company abandoned them and still up to this day wont make an exclusive final fantasy or metal gear for a nintendo console.

I agree with you Strangler, Sony has provided a pretty powerful handheld device with multiple capabilites...After that it's up to developers to take advantage of the hardware which unfortunately a lot of them don't want to do. They would rather port over PS2 games and be done with it. But despite those that just throw uninspired games onto the system (Prince of persia) there are a few that truly try to take advantage of what the hardware has to offer and make a game specific to the PSP (MGS: PO, Loco Roco, GTA's use of multiplayer, Lumines, Daxter, Ratchet & Clank). It's not Sony's fault if developers don't try to get creative.
I thought your interview was well done and I do hope you make more appearances to talk about PSP news because although I really do love listening to AGI I've noticed more love for all things XBOX and Nintendo on there. I can agree with the stumbling and foolish mistakes that Sony has been doing lately, mainly on the PS3 launch, but to say that there are no good games on the PSP is quite false and when one does not take the time to truly examine the gaming library on that system I don't think that they can give an accurate opinion on said console.
Keep up the good work Steven and thanks for reppin' the PSP Fanboys(& girls) ^_^
