I was playing Killzone: Liberation today and it's quite a challenging game. I began to fantasize about how proud I would be once I beat the game. That thought made me think back on all my prior gaming victories and wonder which one was the biggest accomplishment.
I think for me it was probably beating Mega Man: Maverick Hunter X. When I was a kid I was as good at Mega Man games as I now am at remembering other people's birthdays, so it made me especially proud to beat it.
So what PSP game did you find the most challenging? Also, what PSP gaming achievement (winning a game or doing something amazing) are you most proud of?

I would also have to say that Megaman Maverick Hunter X was my greatest feeling of accomplishment in a PSP game. Ironically, I am planning on buying either Killzone or Tekken this weekend and I've heard both are challenging. Wish me luck!

Well not sure if this counts I played straight through Medal of Honor Heroes without dying but a couple of times on the easy level, didn't feel like I had accomplished much but it was a hellavalot of fun. I am now trying to make it back through on the Hardest Difficulty and it is very tough.
Another Fun Moment was the final mission in Ace Combat X it was very fun and a pure fun to accomplish.

The only game I have beaten 100% is Lumines so I guess that is mine.
I have many 50% games that I should go back and beat.

My mom recently had the funniest "accomplishment" while playing PSP. She enjoyed battling the first boss in Daxter, when suddenly a screen appeared "Thank you for playing the Demo version of Daxter. The full version is coming soon". Heck! This *was* the full version! She was excited and thought she had beaten the game, I had to explain that it was a bug and she had to start the boss all over. :-)

It is really sad ... I have had this open for a while preparing to comment and I have nothing major. I have played over 60 PSP games and reviewed over 50 of them for GamerDad and other sites ... yet all I have are a few snippets ...
- Playing the SOCOM beta and getting a glimpse that PSP FPS wouldn't always suck.
- Driving around the massive world of Liberty City Stories ...
- Watching the never-ending stream of 'now loading' messages in Ys and realizing once and for all that the load times were a fundamental issue that would continue to dominate the PSP.
- Loco Roco ... oh, the joy!
- Having decent shooter mechanics and a good immersive story in Syphon Filter ...

Finishinf Syphonfilter , Medieval , POP , Ace Combat ... and this where the ones where I felt that it meant at least some difficulty to finish . I also finished CTTR up to 95 % , but that was a joy , and so was Locoroco , Tekken and so many more ( around 8 more titles ) .

All of my games are unfortunately short grabs. LocoRoco wasn't challenging; it was simply tricky until I got all of the controls & challenging things down. Tekken:DR and Sonic Rivals are more pick-up games, as are NBA Live, DUB Edition, and my worst purchase: Go! Sudoku.

I have to admit beating Neopets: Petpet Adventures The Wand of Wishing (this game is what made me want to get the PSP in the first place), was the best thing that I managed to do.

laying down a severe beat down in metal gear acid 2 against one of my co-workers. because while i find people with psps everywhere on my ship, it's nearly imposible to find them with the same game, in the same place, at the same time.
here's to infastructure mode in size matters!

...I guess Syphon Filter, for me. It was short, but I enjoyed ending it. Another would be Splinter Cell Essentials, which most will deem a mediocre accomplishment, but please, no rotten food-tossing!
A game that I am really getting into, like crack cocaine, would have to be GUN: Showdown, which I have yet to end, but I am getting there.

Tales of Eternia, took me some 40 hours and the final boss was a 45 minute continuous fight.
I did the arms up in the air like Rocky when I finally beat it.

At the end, beating Lumines got easier than expected, but the moment of getting every skin was still quite satisfying nonetheless.
After that, though, I added insult to injury by filling the high scores with 999999s. ;-)
But now that I'm on Lumines II I'm finding getting the final few skins will probably destroy many neurons... ...the game IS harder, but partly because the blocks are harder to see, which is a pretty bad and cheap way of improving game difficulty.
