Imagine if video game sites and magazines didn't do previews on upcoming games. That'd be a terrible world. But just think of an even more hellish existence, where these customer previews were all you had to go on before buying a game:
Ghost Rider
"This game looks stupid, if this game is as good as the movie, it will still suck! "
Call of Duty 3: Roads to Victory
"Call of Duty is so cool for the PSP. It has great graphics and is a best shooter and war game for the PSP. It has great leavels and they aren't to hard and they aren't to easy. You will all be exited when it comes out."

Any review site that allows commentary on games/product before they are available to the public is useless. Take a look at reviews.cnet.com for instance ... there are currently 235 'reviews' and a user score of 6.7/10...this is useless, this info gets averaged into the REAL customer reviews after launch.
I understand wanting to comment on an upcoming product (like we do in blogs! shameless plug goes here: filt3r.blogspot.com ) but to have those comments be taken as reviews is a disservice.
Oh...and can they PLEASE put some spell check process in place...a review is not a place for SMS short forms.

I hope Ghost Rider will be great. This to me looks even better then Spiderman 3. Well mostly because I have seen to many times S2 so I want to see some thing good. But in all truth GR the game looks like crap but the movie should be sweet.

It would be like the nes era were you had to ask to a friend if the game is good or borrow it.Game rental will be in increase.But i doubt games like Brain Age would really sell as much as it does now.
