1. Download the demo ZIP file.
2. Extract the contents of the ZIP file.
3. Connect your PSP to your computer using a USB cable.
4. Go to the PSP/GAME folder.
5. Copy UCES00373 folder into the GAME directory.

Hey guys. I've decrypted this demo using Dark_Alex's awesome app and repacked it to run on 2.71 firmware. You can get the file here: http://installation01.netfast.org/UCES00373/EBOOT.PBP
PS: If someone wouldn't mind uploading a mirror somewhere, that would be great.

Be careful about that Dark_Alex homebrew guys. There is a version that'll brick your PSP. Not sure if the poster is legit, but cavet emptor
