Have You guys tried the google translator engine? It kind of works though it leaves like 20 words out of it, but it does say something about the neww psp being more accessible and having an 8gb internal hd, and some modifications to the internal chips, i'm guessing to stop mod chips...

It seems like the author isn't discounting the possibility of some kind of expanded internal memory, it's just not going to be the micro 8GB HD originally designated for it:
